All teachers are-trained in child development, hold certifications in Child CPR and First Aid, and approved childcare facility Oregon through the Central Background Registry, division of Child Care Licensing.
KAREN CAMPBELL
Director
Karen holds a Bachelor of Arts in Child Development and a Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership, both from Point Loma Nazarene University. She brings a blend of developmental expertise, strong leadership, and a deep commitment to faith‑centered education to her role as Director of Orenco Christian Preschool. Karen is passionate about creating nurturing, joy‑filled learning environments, mentoring staff, and partnering with families to support each child’s growth.

MADISON KILMER
Toddler teacher
Madison loves teaching children during their early childhood years with a focus on creating a safe and nurturing environment where they can grow and develop their sense of self while growing their faith. Her classroom is a place to learn through play, encouraging their love of learning as well as their love for each other. In her free time, she loves camping and hiking, and treasures spending time loved ones.

ANNA PETERSON
Three's Teacher
Anna loves helping the kids experience learning through fun activities. She prefers to use play-based learning to establish a solid foundation for children to achieve their developmental goals. She focuses on having a warm, fun, and engaging classroom that feels like home.
She has an extensive background in teaching toddlers through third grade, with experience spanning twelve years at childcare centers and twenty-six years at her church.
In her free time, she enjoys camping, hiking, and spending time outdoors. What she values most in her life is faith, family, and friends.

EVELYN HINDS
Pre-Kindergarten Teacher
Evelyn loves teaching children through the early childhood years and focuses on creating a warm classroom environment that is creative and engaging for young learners. She intentionally supports children’s growth across spiritual, social-emotional, cognitive, and physical domains of development.
She holds a master’s degree in Curriculum and Instruction, with a specialization in Early Childhood Education, and has been teaching for over 15 years.
