Enrollment

School Year is from September to June


We serve children ages 3-5 years old.   Enrollment is welcomed throughout the year, based on availability.  Please follow the steps below to begin the enrollment process:


Step 1.  Fill out the registration form.


Return it by mail or email (preschool@orencochurch.org). This will give us an idea of availability.


Step 2. We will contact you via email to schedule a tour. Tours are conducted by the director Monday through Friday between 1:30-4:30 pm. 

Children are more than welcome to join the tours.  


At that time, we will determine availability, if there is not a spot available you may put your child on our waiting list.


Step 3. Once a spot opens, a $150 ($225 Family) enrollment fee is required to secure your child's place. You may pay by check, cashier's check, money order, or online.  


You will also receive an enrollment packet to be completed before the first day of school. Please note that the State of Oregon requires current immunization records.

Tuition is paid monthly on the 1st of each month.  A late fee will be charged on the 11th of each month.

Families that pay their year's tuition in full by September 1st will receive a 10% pre-paid discount.
